The Music City Artist Project
A private, pro-bono initiative providing executive-level strategy, mindset coaching, and strict accountability for Nashville singer/songwriters.
The Reality of the Nashville Landscape
To make it in Music City, raw talent is only half the battle. The artists who survive the grind are the ones who treat their creativity like a professional enterprise.
But navigating co-writes, industry gatekeepers, and constant rejection is exhausting. Without structure, it’s easy to lose momentum, doubt your direction, and burn out before your songs ever get heard.
You don’t just need another guitar pull; you need a strategy.
How We Work Together
This is a fully sponsored, pro-bono fellowship designed for independent artists who are ready to stop waiting for inspiration and start building a sustainable career.
By applying executive leadership frameworks to the creative process, we focus intensely on four critical pillars:
• Radical Clarity & Confidence: We strip away the noise of Music Row to answer one foundational question: What do you actually want out of your music career? Once you have a definitive target, imposter syndrome disappears.
• A Bulletproof Mindset (Thick Skin): Rejection is the baseline of this town. Using objective behavioral frameworks, I will teach you how to separate your personal identity from your creative output, treating criticism as raw strategic data rather than a personal attack.
• Corporate-Grade Accountability: Inspiration gets a song started, but structure finishes the album. We will map out your goals, set firm creative milestones, and build a reliable workflow for your writing, pitching, and release schedules.
• A Confidential Sounding Board: Nashville is a small town. You need a safe, objective space to vent, untangle creative roadblocks, and strategize your next moves with zero industry politics or noise.
Why Is This Free?
This program is my passion project. My primary business focuses on professional coaching and organizational strategy. However, my deep respect for the Nashville songwriting community led me to create this initiative as a way to give back.
I provide my time, executive frameworks, and unconditional support entirely for free. In return, I require absolute commitment, vulnerability, and work ethic.
Who This Is For?
This fellowship is highly selective. It is an ideal fit if you are:
• A Nashville-based singer, songwriter, or artist tracking toward a professional career.
• Tired of creative paralysis and ready for rigid, real-world accountability.
• Teachable, open to feedback, and willing to treat your artistry like a business.
Note: I do not offer vocal coaching, instrument lessons, or label pitching. I coach the person behind the music.
Sponsorships are granted to just two artists per quarter to ensure deep, focused attention. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
